Session 2: Follow-Up Session (25–30 min)
A collaborative check-in to troubleshoot challenges, reinforce sustainable habits, and tailor your plan as your body and routine evolve.
Within 2 weeks, we reconnect to:
Assess your early progress and how your initial recommendations fit into your daily routines.
Identify and troubleshoot challenges, whether related to symptoms, habits, or life logistics.
Refine your nutrition plan with more tailored strategies that match your real patterns, preferences, and energy levels.
Strengthen your foundation moving forward with clear next steps, accountability, and support.
